2. Self-Deployed Software and Your Data

Flormula is software that you deploy and operate within your own environment. When you run your own instance, the requests, submissions, decisions, and other data processed by that instance ("Your Data") reside in your infrastructure and under your control.

For self-deployed instances, Flormula does not collect, receive, host, or have access to Your Data. You are the data controller and are responsible for how Your Data is collected, secured, retained, and processed, including any use of third-party AI providers you configure. This Privacy Policy therefore governs only the information we handle through our public Site, described below.

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our Site:

• Information you submit directly — the name, email address, optional company name, and message you enter in our waitlist or contact form.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or similar technologies on the Site, and we do not build advertising or behavioral profiles about you. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy first.
